The park is located at 26955 US Hwy 43 in Gallion AL 365742| 334-295-8230 | fax 334-295-8320.  It is in Marengo County, 4 miles north of Linden AL, midway between Tuscaloosa and Mobile.   The 520 acre park has modern and primitive camping, large pavilions for grilling, picnic tables, hiking trails, a wading pool and play ground for children.  It adjoins a state operated hunting facility, handicap accessible.
