Our Moonshine is crisp and smooth. Our alcohol is distilled to the highest purity in small batches. We use a double distillation process, with each batch being filtered multiple times through charcoal and a unique pour bed to remove impurities. This pure alcohol is bottled at 80 proof as our Murder Creek Moonshine, or cut down to 40 proof and mixed with our special flavors in each batch.
