The historic Rosemere Cemetery in Opelika Alabama is said to host the ghost of Union Army Private, William Alder. Visitors on ocassion report seeing the spirit of Alder in his blue U.S. Union Army Infantry uniform wandering around his gravesite or setting with his back on his grave headstone.
